BIO:  Sharon Vidal is the Sr. Director and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability for Illumina.  Since joining Illumina in 2016, Sharon has led the CSR program evolution embedding social responsibility and sustainability into the global business.  Sharon has over 25 years’ experience working on multi-disciplinary environmental, health, safety, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility programming.  She has a strong background in the life science industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCSD.
