Brian Willey from Palomar Health will discuss adapting and overcoming global supply chain challenges, regulatory compliance continuity during the pandemic, modifying patient rooms, and the Field Medical Station (FMS).

Brian Willey is the District Employee Health & Safety Manager for Palomar Health in North County San Diego, the largest public hospital district in California, where he has been responsible for the overall health & safety program for the healthcare system of more 4,200 employees since 2017.

Formerly an aerospace safety generalist/analyst and independent safety consultant, Brian is an Associate Safety Professional, certified by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and has earned a Master’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University.
When not working Brian enjoys camping, cycling, motorcycles, movies and time with family.
