Safety is an Uphill Battle:
Leveling the Playing Field
Lee F. Donahue, CHST, CUSP, OHST
Do you behave the same at home as you do at work? Do you take the same steps to ensure safe and effective practices? …Do your workers?
There is a startling disparity between workplace expectations and societal norms, creating unique challenges for anyone striving for a safe workplace. The chapter’s own Lee Donahue will address the chasm between the two worlds by identifying key examples and suggesting methodologies intended to bridge the gap.
His proposed solutions are the working results of a career spanning over forty states and working with everything from mom-and-pop businesses to top performing Fortune 500 enterprises.
In this session, Lee will seek to shine a light on the gaps in personal versus professional behaviors, illuminating the common challenges we all face in our efforts to create safe and healthy working environments. Join us and be sure to bring your own examples and solutions to the discussion, February 14th at Admiral Baker!
Venue: Admiral Baker Golfcourse Clubhouse
