It will begin with a review of existing Automatic Restart and Nationally Recognized Test Lab (NRTL) regulation and the hazards these regulations seek to mitigate. The presentation will describe the conditions that led to the petition as well as as common arguments for and against acceptance. It will conclude with practical advice for how to comply with both current and pending legislation.
